Thank you for choosing Code Reclaim. Every order is prepared with care, accuracy, and respect for the journey you are on. This Shipping Policy explains how your order moves from our hands to yours.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Processing times may vary during new launches, restocks, or high demand periods. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email once it has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping option you select. Exact delivery times depend on the carrier, weather, customs inspections, and other factors outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link. Tracking updates are managed by the carrier. It may take up to 24 to 48 hours for movement to appear.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double check your shipping information before placing your order. Code Reclaim is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Delivery Issues

If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please check with neighbors, your leasing office, or the carrier. Carriers may mark a package as delivered a few hours before actual arrival.
If the package remains missing, reach out to the carrier to begin a claim. We will assist where we can, but carriers have final authority on lost package investigations.

International Shipping

International orders are accepted. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing may add additional time to delivery.
International packages may require signature on delivery depending on local regulations.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

Customs fees, import taxes, and local duties are determined by your country and must be paid by the customer. Code Reclaim has no control over these fees and cannot reimburse them.

Returned Packages

Packages returned due to refusal, unpaid duties, or incorrect address will be refunded for the product cost once received, as long as the items arrive in original condition. Shipping fees are non refundable.

Preorders and Launch Drops

Some launches or limited drops may be offered as preorder items. Estimated shipping windows will be stated on the product page. Any standard items purchased with a preorder will ship together unless noted otherwise.
