Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of deodorant or makeup marks. All original tags, care cards, and packaging must be included.
Exchanges
You can request an exchange within 60 days. Exchanges depend on availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, we can process a refund instead. We want you in pieces that match your movement.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. If we made an error, we will cover the return label and fix the issue quickly.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method. Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to appear depending on your bank. We handle returns with care and transparency from start to finish.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will make it right.
How to Start a Return
Email code.reclaim@gmail.com with your full name, order number, and the item you want to return or exchange. You will receive clear instructions and the return address.
International Orders
International customers may return items, but shipping fees and any duties or taxes are not refundable.
